Summary

Making decisions about the right daycare or preschool for your child is a difficult and important decision. Obtaining as much information as possible about the national and state standards regarding the daycare and preschool is the first step in this process. Acquiring information about each of the programs you are considering is will let you compare philosophies, curriculum, and quality of the various options. Touring each facility and asking questions about policies, behavior management, and learning activities will go a long way toward making your final choice the most appropriate to meet the needs of your child and family.
